• Upgrade of a 11.3 kilometre section of the Gateway Motorway in Brisbane between Nudgee and Bracken Ridge, including widening from four lanes to six, upgrading the Nudgee Interchange and duplication of the Deagon Deviation.

• Construction of a 7.3 kilometre light rail extension from the Gold Coast University Hospital to the heavy rail network at Helensvale. The project will include new stations at Parkwood and Parkwood East, and a new heavy rail/light rail interchange at Helensvale.

• Upgrades to the M1/M3 Gateway Merge, and the Mudgeeraba to Varsity Lakes section of the Motorway.

• Upgrade approximately 3 kilometre section of the Motorway to 3 lanes between Oxley Road to Suscatand Street in both the eastbound and westbound direction and improve flood immunity through construction of a new bridge over Oxley Creek.
