HKIA Sets New Monthly Passenger Traffic Record in April

17-May-2015 Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) reported another record-breaking month in April. During the month, passenger volume rose 8.8% year-on-year to 5.8 million, surpassing the previous monthly record made in August last year. Aircraft movements increased by 3.1% to 33,725, while cargo volume dropped slightly by 0.7% compared to the same month last year to 360,000 tonnes.
