30-Sep-2014 By the Court decision dated 09/17/2014, Bucharest Court Civil Section VII ordered the opening of insolvency proceedings for SC NECESSAIR Consulting SRL with headquarters in Bucharest, Coralilor Street, 20 C, entrance 2, ground floor, district 1, registered under no. J40/4445/1995, VAT no. 7399813, was appointed as interim trustee DINU URSE ASSOCIATES SPRL.
From the date of 09/17/2014 , all the actions in law judicial or extrajudicial enforcement measures to achieve their claims against the debtor or its assets are suspended.
The creditors have to proceed to register in the list of creditors by filling a claim in Bucharest Court Civil Section VII, file no. 27358/3/2014 in the following conditions:
- The deadline for filling the application for admission of the claims against the debtor's estate -10/30/2014;
- The deadline for verification of claims, the preparation and publication in the Insolvency Proceedings Bulletin of the Preliminary table of claims - 11/21/2014;
- The deadline for completion of the claims table - 12/18/2014;
- The application for registration of a claim in the preliminary table will be accompanied by documents proving the claim and acts as collateral, as certified copies.
The application shall be accompanied by proof of payment of court fee stamp worth 200 Ron.
Next hearing in order to continue the procedure was fixed on 01/07/2015.
