fastjet Plc: Board Changes

14-Mar-2016 fastjet Plc today announces that Ed Winter has decided to step down as the Company's Chief Executive Officer with effect from 18 March 2016 and will resign as a Director of the Company on the same date. Krista Bates, General Counsel for fastjet, has also decided to step down from the Board and resigned as a Director today, 14 March 2016.
