Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement
On March 29, 2021 Alaska Airlines, Inc. (Alaska) amended a previously existing aircraft purchase agreement with The Boeing Company. Under the amended agreement, Alaska will purchase an additional 23 737-9 MAX aircraft between 2023 and 2024, and may exercise an incremental 15 options to purchase aircraft with delivery between 2023 and 2026.
