End of interline agreement between Etihad and United Airlines

Effective from 9 February 2023, the interline agreement between Etihad Airways (EY) and United Airlines (UA) will be discontinued. As a result, from 10 February 2023, guests will no longer be accepted on United Airlines using an Etihad Airways ticket (on 607 ticket stock).

Existing EY ticketed bookings held after 10 February 2023 will be impacted:

Guests should be offered an alternative flight/cancellation/refund option.

Please take action to update and re-issue with alternatives/refund tickets once notification messages are received through the GDS.
