DOT: Airline consumer protection rules take effect tomorrow

28-Apr-2010 Air travelers must no longer be subjected to lengthy tarmac delays on domestic flights and will enjoy additional consumer protections as a result of a new rule that will take effect tomorrow, U.S. Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood said.
