Disclosure of Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th June 2019

This is in furtherance to the letter dated 22nd June 2019 from the undersigned informing you of the
commencement of the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process("CIRP") in respect of Jet Airways
(India) Ltd, and my appointment as the Interim Resolution Professional vide order dated 20th June
2019 of the Hon'ble NCLT, Mumbai Bench.

In reference to the aforesaid, I would like to mention that prior to commencement of the CRIP
Directors, CEO, CFO, CS including other top management personal had resigned from the
Company. Further, the access to data was not available until mid-July. Pending book closure
process, financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2019 have not been prepared/finalized
till date and hence the requirement under Regulation 33 of SEBI LODR cannot be complied with
within the prescribed timelines.

Your good self would appreciate that as already mentioned above, with the complexities of issues
being faced by the Company along with the paucity of funding, etc., the entire process is taking
time, I assure you that all the attempts are being made to regularise issues at the earliest.
