Delta expands Basic Economy into Mexico as partner Aeromexico introduces branded fares

Basic Economy fare product is now available on more than 50 percent of Delta's flights between the U.S. and Mexico, including several new Guadalajara and Mexico City flights. Leisure destinations that already feature Basic Economy include Cancun, Puerto Vallarta and Cozumel. The expansion comes as joint cooperation partner Aeromexico introduces a Basic fare product as part of its new suite of branded fares on U.S.-Mexico routes.
