Cyprus Airways Public Ltd (the "Company") informs the investors that the Government of the Repub/ic, as exercising shareho/der rights conferred by the Articles of Association of the Company, appointed on the 27th of August 2014 Mr. Makis Constantinides Chairman of the Board of Directors of Cyprus Airways, and Mr. Marinos Kallis in position of Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Company with immediate effect.
