Commercial Waiver Policy for Turkey

Etihad Airways is offering options for ticketed guest from and to Turkey on or before 09 February 2023 and travel on or before 28 February 2023.

All tickets issued on 607 documents and impacted due to the Turkey and Syria earthquakes.

Rebooking

• Ticket should be reissued on or before 28 February 2023 with travel completed date on or before 23 March 2023
• Rebooking permitted on EY operated flights only
• No fare difference to be charged for tickets reissued in the same RBD as the original booking
• Fare difference to be collected for all other scenarios
• No show fee applies when the guest(s) books on a flight which operates and is a no show.

Cancellation/Refund

• There is no waiver for refunds and the fare rule should be used to process the refund if requested
• Please ensure the PNR is updated with the remark "CW002-2023 for Turkey and Syria Earthquakes"
