Commercial Waiver Policy for the equipment operated by Wamos Air for Etihad Airways

Etihad Airways is offering the following options for any guests who have purchased their ticket on or before 14 November 2024 for travel to and from the USA or Italy on flights operated by Wamos Air equipment for Etihad Airways. Valid on MNL (MNL), Rome (FCO) and Milan (MXP) sectors.

Please check Etihad Airways flights operated by Wamos Air for travel validity.

All tickets issued on 607 documents:

Rebooking

• Rebooking permitted to any flight operated by EY on same O & D.
• New travel date must be same day or +/- 7 days from the original booking.
• Rebook on same RBD free of charge.
• For any other scenarios, fare difference must be collected.

Refund

• Fully unutilized tickets - Full refund permitted with no penalty or administration fee.
• Partially unutilized tickets - Refund of the unused portion of the ticket (including unused taxes) permitted on prorate basis, with no penalty or administration fee.

Please ensure the PNR is updated with the remark "CW008-2024 FOR WAMOS AIR EQPT CHG"
