Commercial Waiver Policy for the DAC flight cancellation

Etihad Airways is offering the following options for passengers who have purchased the ticket on or before 27 September 2023 for flights from and to DAC and with travel date on and after 29 October 2023.

All tickets issued on 607 documents.

Fully unutilized tickets

• Full refund with no penalty or administration fee

Partially unutilized tickets

• Refund the unused portion of the ticket with no penalty or administration fee along with the unused taxes. Kindly calculate the refund on the prorate basis.

Please ensure the PNR is updated with the remark "CW010-2023 FOR DAC FLIGHT CANCELLATION"
