Changes to Chauffeur Drive

Qantas is making changes to its complimentary Chauffeur Drive service due to low take-up in some markets.

From 1 March 2019, Chauffeur Drive will no longer be available in New Zealand or Singapore.

For customers using the service arriving/departing London, the complimentary mileage allowance will move from 70 miles to 50 miles from the airport. If the journey exceeds the complimentary allowance, customers will need to pay the driver for this at their drop-off destination.

Qantas will honour all existing Chauffeur Drive bookings made on/before 1 March 2019 for travel up until 1 March 2020.

All customers with eligible bookings impacted by the changes for flights departing after this date will be contacted by Qantas. New bookings for Chauffeur Drive can be made on/before 1 March 2019 for flights departing on/before 1 March 2020.

Qantas will continue to offer the Chauffeur Drive service for eligible passengers travelling between Australia and London.
