Canada Jetlines terminates previously announced amalgamation agreement
06-Feb-2015 Canada Jetlines Ltd. ("Jetlines") announces that it has terminated the previously announced amalgamation agreement dated September 12, 2014, as amended, with Inovent Capital Inc. ("Inovent") (TSX-V: IVQ.P).
Jetlines will continue to pursue its business and growth objectives and the opportunities that are available to it.
