Asia Aviation: Notification of resignation and appointment of the Company’s Director

28-Dec-2017 Reference to the Board of Directors' Meeting No. 6/2017 of Asia Aviation Public Company Limited ("the Company") held on December 28, 2017. The meeting acknowledged the resignation of Mr. Sombat Dechapanichkul as the Company's Director, effective December 28, 2017. In accordingly, the meeting passed the resolution to appoint Mr. Preechaya Rasametanin to be the Company's Director replacing Mr. Sombat Dechapanichkul, effective December 28, 2017 onwards.
