Arcadis to perform project management for the expansion of the largest airport in Brazil
18-Sep-2012 ARCADIS (EURONEXT: ARCAD), a leading international consultancy, design, engineering and management services company, today announced that its Brazilian subsidiary ARCADIS Logos has signed a contract to provide project management (PM) consultancy services for 27 months, for the first phase of the expansion of the Guarulhos Airport, in São Paulo. Guarulhos is the largest airport in Brazil with 25 million passengers per year. The expansion project is part of the infrastructure investment program launched by the Brazilian Federal Government to cope with the increasing passenger demand, now boosted by the two upcoming major sports events: the 2014 World Cup and the 2016 Olympic Games.
