ANA: Preparation for Holding in Company

Pursuant to the Move to a Holding Company Structure.

ANA (All Nippon Airways Co., Ltd.) today announces a company split and amendments to the Articles of Incorporation (changes of the corporate name and the business purpose), pursuant to the move to a holding company structure. These are conditional on the related agenda items being approved at the 67th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled to be held on June 19, 2012 and on any necessary approvals being granted by the relevant governing authorities.
