08-Nov-2017 On Friday, 03 November 2017, Rifa Jair Company Limited (Rifa) released a compulsory acquisition notice to the outstanding shareholders of Airwork Holdings Limited ("AWK").

Pursuant to footnote 5 of Main Board Listing Rule 5.4.1, NZX Regulation ("NZXR") advises that the final day of trading in AWK will be Friday, 10 November 2017 prior to being suspended at close of business. AWK will be delisted and its ordinary shares will cease to be Quoted from close of business on Wednesday 15 November 2017.
