Changes to Seats to Suit - worksdeluxe withdrawal

We wish to advise that effective tomorrow 18 October 2023, the worksdeluxe product will no longer be offered on Air New Zealand Seats to Suit services for travel from 01 May 2024 onwards.

The worksdeluxe product will remain available for sale and for travel up to and including 30 April 2024.

Any customers booked on worksdeluxe for travel from 01 May 2024 will need to have their tickets refunded and new tickets issued at theworks fare level.

As this change will not be reflected in the PNR, a member of the Agency Support team will contact any agents who have customers booked on this product to discuss their options.
