Air France-KLM presents its 2018 corporate social responsibility report.

At its Combined Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting on May 28, 2019, Air France-KLM is publishing its 2018 CSR report, available online at csrreport2018.airfranceklm.com.

This fully interactive corporate social responsibility report details Air France-KLM's commitments and all its actions undertaken to ensure the group is a committed and responsible player. Air France-KLM thus highlights its sustainability strategy built around four main areas -

  • environmental protection,
  • employee experience,
  • customer trust,
  • societal value.

In order to continue to make progress in the years ahead, the group has more closely integrated sustainable development into its vision by creating, in 2018, a dedicated committee within the group's governing board.

Already this year, Air France-KLM has attained its target for 2020 - to improve by 20% our energy efficiency per passenger/km compared to 2011.

By integrating sustainable development into its business and operations, Air France-KLM aims to contribute to the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The 2030 Agenda sets 17 SDGs, which are a universal call to action to end poverty, protect the planet and ensure peace and prosperity for all.
