Air France and KLM further boost NDC solutions in 2024

In 2024, Air France and KLM have implemented several features to significantly enhance the usability of the New Distribution Capability (NDC), strengthening its position as a leading booking channel. Currently, 20 NDC aggregators are connected, five more than at the end of 2023. At the same time, select Global Travel Management Companies started full NDC deployment, further extending its reach in the business travel sector.Air France and KLM have also introduced improved servicing options, including the ability to process refunds for exchanged tickets. A new refund grace period has been implemented, allowing customers to receive a full refund on tickets and additional options within 24 hours of payment.*To better support travel agents making use of NDC, 24/7 trade support via chat is now available worldwide exclusively for NDC bookings.
