4th Notice on Flight Cancels Due to Novel Coronavirus (Wuhan Pneumonia)

This is national airline Eastar Jet providing a pleasant meeting.

We would like to make an announcement on flight cancels due to novel coronavirus (Wuhan pneumonia). Please refer to the following for your flight schedule.

1. Flight Cancel/Reduction Date

3. Reason : Change on Eastar Jet's business schedule due to spread of novel coronavirus

※ Cancels and Change on Flight Ticket

When the flight is canceled due to natural disaster or Eastar Jet's situation, you may refund or change the flight ticket without cancellation/change fee.

Please be aware that tickets are not canceled or changed automatically. Follow the steps below depending on the purchasing site.

<Purchase from Eastar Jet Homepage/Mobile>

1. Cancellation : Cancel the flight ticket directly via Eastar Jet homepage/mobile and leave the booking number on 'Customer Message' bulletin board. The cancellation fee will be additionally refunded in order (Only when the flight ticket is canceled after flight cancel is finalized)

2. Change :

1) Itinerary Change : After changing the itinerary, leave the booking number on 'Customer Message' bulletin board. The changing fee will be additionally refunded. (No refund for fare difference)

2) Route Change : It may vary depending on country and city. Please contact Eastar Jet Reservation Center. (You may check remaining seats in real time via Eastar Jet homepage's 'Booking Flight')

※ For cancels made before flight cancel is finalized, you need to pay for cancellation/change fee even when the flight is canceled later.

※ When changing the itinerary, there may be fare difference depending on the changing date.

※ Cancellation/change fee can be exempted only once. After that, you may not change or recover itinerary again.
