2020年3月份，受新型冠状病毒疫情及部分航班转场影响，首都机场的飞机起降架次及旅客吞吐量分别约为12,180架次及898,000人次，比去年同期分别减少约75.3%和89.0%。
2020年前三个月，首都机场累计飞机起降架次、旅客吞吐量分别约为73,040架次及9,327,000人次，比去年同期分别减少约51.0%和62.6%。
