PACTL Nantong Xingdong Airport Cargo Terminal Company is a passenger and cargo terminal services provider established by Shanghai Pudong International Airport Cargo Terminal (PACTL) and Nantong Xingdong Airport. The new company, registered on 28-Dec-2016, provides cargo terminal services, passenger baggage handling, aircraft loading and unloading and freight forwarding services. Nantong Airport holds a 51% stake in the company and PACTL holds 49%. The company has registered capital of CNY18 million (USD2.6 million), and is based at Nantong Airport.
