MENA Aerospace is an aviation services provider headquartered in Bahrain. Through its subsidiaries, the company provides aircraft management, jet charter, aviation real estate, consulting, trading and avionic services. Established in 2004, the holding company consists of the following business units:
- MENA Cargo;
- MAE Aircraft Management;
- MENA Real Estate;
- MENA Technics;
- MENA Trading & Agencies, and;
- MENA Consulting Services.
In Nov-2022, Asia Cargo Network (ACN) and MENA Aerospace announced a partnership and strategic alliance, extending ACN's reach into the Middle East, South Asia and Africa. Partnership operations will be under the MENA Cargo brand and will be fully managed by ACN, which holds an air operator's certificate in Bahrain. ACN will acquire a 49% in MAE Aircraft Management, which is part of the MENA Aerospace group. The investment includes capital, asset deployment, management services and expertise.
