Oshkosh Corporation acquired AeroTech from JBT Corporation on 01-Aug-2023. This transformed JBT into a pure food and beverage solutions provider.
JBT Corporate acquired Marel in Jan-2025, combining both companies and rebranded as JBT Marel. JBT Marel is now a global provider of equipment, software and services to the food and beverage industry.
