About
Hellenic Duty Free Shop is the exclusive duty free retailer in Greece. Founded in 1979 with two locations, Hellenic Duty Free Shop now has over 40 retail outlets throughout Greece. In 1998, Hellenic Duty Free Shop listed its shared on the ATHEX by issuing 7,625,000 new shares and public offering of 7,525,000 shares. It was delisted in 2013, after Dufry's acquisition of 49% in Hellenic Duty Free.
