FLYHT Aerospace Solutions Limited (previously AeroMechanical Services Limited) is a provider of automated data collection services to the commercial aviation industry. The aerospace company's main product is the automated flight information reporting system, or AFIRS, and accompaniment technology such as aircraft position equipment and ground service communications.
FLYHT Aerospace Solutions entered a definitive arrangement agreement in Oct-2024 to be acquired by Firan Technology Group (FTG). FLYHT will become a wholly owned subsidiary of FTG. The transaction is expected to close in 4Q2024, subject to shareholder, court and regulatory approvals.
