Agility is an integrated logistics and infrastructure services provider headquartered in Safat, Kuwait. Agility was established as a local warehousing provider in Kuwait, and later expanded into one of the largest logistics operator in the Gulf. It has acquired more than 40 freight forwarding and logistic brands, allowing Agility to expand its operations internationally. The company operates in more than 100 countries, offering air freight, supply-chain, freight forwarding as well as ground-handling services at airports worldwide. Agility is publicly listed on the Kuwait Stock Exchange and Dubai Financial Market (AGLTY:UH).
In Aug-2022, Agility finalised the GBP763 million acquisition of John Menzies and will combine the business with National Aviation Services. The combined company will operate as Menzies Aviation.
