3Sixty, previously known as DFASS Group, is a travel retail operator headquartered in Miami, Florida. The company offers in-flight duty free as well as airport retail services. Hotel Shilla, owner of Shilla Duty Free, acquired a 44% stake in DFASS Group in Mar-2015, and plans to exercise an option to purchase an additional 36% in five years. DFASS rebranded as 3Sixty in 2018.
