Omsk Fedorovka Airport is a proposed airport serving the city of Omsk, Russia. The airport is located 27km from the Omsk city centre. 


Sep-2025. Omsk Oblast's Governor Vitaliy Khotsenko announced preparations are underway for the construction of the Omsk Fedorovka Airport new terminal complex. Construction is scheduled to commence in 2026.

Aug-2025. Omsk Fedorovka Airport construction project is estimated to require a RUB64.6 billion (EUR688.57 million) investment, comprising RUB53.5 billion (EUR570.25 million) in non budgetary funds and a RUB11.1 billion (EUR118.31 million) investment by Omsk Oblast Government.

Jul-2025. Omsk Fedorovka Airport plans to open in 4Q2028.

Jun-2025. Airports of Regions signed memorandums of cooperation with VEB.RF, the Omsk Region and the Karachay-Cherkess Republic to facilitate the construction of Omsk Fedorovka Airport using a project financing factory mechanism - which will be operated by VEB.RF under Russia's Ministry of Economic Development. The project is expected to require an investment of RUB51 billion (EUR564.78 million).

Sep-2024. Omsk Region's Governor Vitaly Khotsenko said construction of Omsk Fedorovka Airport is expected to require a RUB43 billion (EUR427.5 million) investment. RUB16.3 billion (EUR162 million) will be provided by the federal government, RUB6.6 billion (EUR65.6 million) by Omsk Region and RUB19.7 billion (EUR195.8 million) by the concessionaire. The airport will be able to handle at least 700 domestic and 600 international passengers per hour. Construction is scheduled for completion by the end of 2028.

Jun-2024. Airports of Regions and the Omsk Oblast signed a 49 year concession agreement for the construction of Omsk Fedorovka Airport.
