Established in 1959, VSE Corporation is a diversified maintenance, repair and overhaul provider headquartered in Alexandria, VA. The company provides engineering and technical services, including supply chain management and MRO services to operators within shipping, vehicular and aviation industries. Its wholly owned subsidiaries include Wheeler Fleet Solutions, VSE Aviation, Akimeda and Energetics.
On 01-Feb-2023, VSE Corporation acquired Precision Fuel Components (PFC) in an all cash transaction. PFC joins the VSE Aviation segment.
On 01-May-2023, VSE Corporation entered a definitive agreement to sell its Federal and Defence segment to Bernhard Capital Partners for up to USD100 million in total cash consideration. The transaction is expected to close in late 2023 to early 2024.
VSE Corporation acquired Desser Aerospace for a total cash consideration of USD124 million in Jul-2023.
