The company offers critical component and part numbers for commercial aircraft manufactured. It is also the exclusive material distributor of the Boeing Company. America Aero Group acquired a controlling stake in VAS Aero Services in Sep-2015.
In Jul-2022, Satair acquired VAS Aero Services through its subsidiary Satair USA. VAS will continue to operate as a separate enterprise.
