About
Established in Apr-2021, Spirit Evergreen Aftermarket Solutions (SEAS) is a JV between Spirit AeroSystems and Evergreen Aviation Technologies Corporation (EGAT). The company was formed to expand its aftermarket presence in the Asia Pacific region. Spirit and EGAT will transfer repair capabilities to SEAS, increasing manufacturing expertise and services to meet growing fleet demands in the region.
