About
Sabena Engineering (formerly Sabena Aerospace) provides maintenance, repair and overhaul services to civil and military operators. The company was established by Société Anonyme Belge d'Exploitation de la Navigation Aérienne (Sabena). Sabena Aerospace was part of Sabena Technics but joined TAT Group in 2004 following the dissolution of Sabena. The company's management executed a buy-out option in Jun-2014 and rebranded itself as Sabena Aerospace in Jan-2015. Sabena Aerospace acquired Lufthansa Technik Brussels and Lufthansa Technik Maintenance International before rebranding as Sabena Engineering effective 01-Jun-2022.
