About
Lockheed Martin Commercial Engine Solutions (LMCES) is the engine MRO unit of Lockheed Martin. From two maintenance facilities in San Antonio, TX and Montreal, QC, LMCES provides full service engine maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO), test, and back shop repairs for the CFM56 family, CF6-50 and CF34 as well as international governments. The company also has new build capacity for fighter jets at it's San Antonio location, a joint venture between Lockheed Martin and Rolls-Royce.
FTAI Aviation completed the acquisition of LMCES in Sep-2024. Both facilities will rebrand as FTAI Aviation Canada and FTAI Aviation USA.
