Barnes Group entered a definitive agreement in Oct-2024 to be acquired by funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management in an all cash transaction that values Barnes at approximately USD3.6 billion. Upon completion, Barnes was be delisted from the New York Stock Exchange and became a privately held company.
