Established in 2013, Goshawk Aviation Limited is an aircraft leasing and financing company headquartered in Dublin, Ireland. The company is a 50/50 joint venture between Chow Tai Fook Enterprises Limited and NWS Holdings Limited.
SMBC Aviation Capital completed the acquisition of Goshawk Aviation Limited from NWS Holdings Limited and Chow Tai Fook Enterprises Limited for an enterprise value of USD6.7 billion in Dec-2022. The combined business will continue to operate as SMBC Aviation Capital and will consist of a single corporate structure incorporated in Ireland, with headquarters in Dublin.
