IMM Investment Corp established Crianza Aviation, the first dedicated South Korean leasing company in Dec-2016. IMM partnered with overseas merger and acquisition agents and leasing specialist to form Crianza, with initial purchases made for Boeing 777, A380 and A330 aircraft. The company specialises in operating lease services, and offers aircraft financing, asset management and remarketing services. It intends to raise institutional funding and acquire equipment suited to the low-cost market.
