Established in 2014, Accipiter Holdings Limited was an aircraft leasing company wholly-owned by CK Hutchison Holdings Limited. The company specialised in new and fuel-efficient equipment manufactured by Airbus and Boeing, including widebody and narrowbody aircraft types. The company merged with MC Aviation Partners to form AMCK Aviation in 2019.
