Bologna Airport SpA is the owner and operator of Bologna Guglielmo Marconi Airport. The operator issued up to 42.8% of SAB's share capital on the Milan Stock Exchange (Borsa Italiana) in Jul-2015. Following the issuance, Amber has a 10.4% stake, while Bonomi has a 10.02% stake and F2i has a 6.88% stake. The Chamber of Commerce of Bologna now has a 41.51% stake in the airport.
