About

Headquartered in Reykjavík Airport, Isavia is the state-owned enterprise responsible for the operation and development of all airports in Iceland. The organisation provides air traffic management services across the Icelandic control area, approxiamtely 5.4 million sq km in size. Isavia is also responsible for flight safety. The airport and air traffic operator was established in May-2010 by the Minister of Transport, Communications and Local Government.
