Civil Aviation Administration of Azerbaijan (CAA Azerbaijan) was established on 29-Dec-2006 as the executive regulatory body charged with the provision of aviation policy and regulation. The administration consists of five departments;
- Flight Safety Oversight Department
- Aviation Security Department
- Licensing and State Registry Department
- Foreign Relations Department
- Financial and Economic Department
