The Democratic Republic of the Congo is located in central Africa. The country is bordered by the Central African Republic and South Sudan to the north; Uganda, Rwanda, and Burundi in the east; Zambia and Angola to the south and the Republic of the Congo and the Angolan exclave of Cabinda to the west. The country’s largest international airport is N'Djili Airport (Kinshasa International Airport) and its main airlines are Hewa Bora Airways, Bravo Air Congo, and Wimbi Dira Airways. The Directorate of Civil Aeronautics of the Democratic Republic of Congo is the authority responsible for passenger air transport in the country.
