Stockholm Bromma Airport serves the city of Stockholm, Sweden. Located west of central Stockholm, Bromma is the most central airport serving the city and is the country's third largest airport. Stockholm Arlanda Airport has replaced Bromma as the main civil aviation hub for Stockholm, with Bromma Airport now established as a key business and general aviation and pilot training facility. Stockholm Bromma Airport is a subject of political debate in Sweden, with the Government examining the future of Bromma. The airport could be potentially closed if capacity is increased at Stockholm Arlanda Airport. Bromma is operated by Swedavia, a state-owned operator of 10 Swedish airports.
