Salzburg Airport (also known as Wolfgang Amadeus Airport or WA Mozart Airport) is an airport serving the metropolitan regional of Salzburg in Austria. Straddling the German-Austrian border, the airport is the second-largest airport in the country and the gateway to the popular Ski Amadé region. The airport hosts over 40 scheduled and charter airlines, the majority of which come from the low-cost and charter sector.
