Piedras Negas Airport serves the northern Mexican city of Piedras Negas, located on the US-Mexican border across the Rio Grande from the US city of Eagle Pass. The city of 150,000 is a major coal-mining centre for the nation. The small airport serves a very limited number of domestic destinations, such as links with the capital Mexico City. The Coahuila State Government operates the facility.
