Located 112kms from the Honduran capital, Palmerola International Airport is on the site of Soto Cano Air Base in Comayagua, Honduras. Construction commenced in Dec-2016 and scheduled commercial operations commenced on 11-Dec-2021. The existing facility, Toncontin Airport, will operate as a domestic airport whilst Palmerola serves international services.
