Oecusse Airport (also known as Rota do Sandalo International Airport) is an airport in Timor-Leste, located in the Oecusse exclave, a stretch of land on the western part of the island of Timor. Oecusse is separated from Timor-Leste by the Indonesian province of Nusa Tenggara Timur on all sides except the north, where it borders the Savu Sea. The airport is built near the new 'Special Zone of Social Market Economy', a zone to be established by the Timor-Leste government to encourage foreign investment. The airport features a 2200m x 45m runway.
